Indoor: 2007: Finished 2nd in the 3000m at the Clemson Invitational with a time of 8:26.35. Won the 3000m at the Carolina Classic with a time of 8:26.30.
Cross Country: 2007: Won the Wake Forest University Relays with partner Chris Catton, posting a time of 22:06 which was the individual best... finished third in the Lou Onesty Invitational at UVA with a time of 24:53.40... helped the Deacs to a sixth place finish at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 25:13.07 and a 55th overall finish... ran a time of 27:15 at the Penn State National Invite, good enough for 44th place and a 10th place team finish... finished 43rd overall at the ACC Championships with a time of 25:34.9... finished 43rd overall and second among Deacs at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 31:24.9.
2006: Competed in four races in his first year on the squad... finished 54th overall and second on the team at the NCAA Southeast Regionals in a time of 32:14.35... placed 63rd at the ACC Championships (26:34.4).
