Track: Indoor: 2007: Won the heptathlon setting a new ACC record with a 5617 finish at the conference indoor championships... also a member of the 4th place 4x400m relay at the ACC Indoor Championships... finished 5th overall in the 60m hurdles and set a PR in the long jump with a leap of 7.06m, good for 8th place at the Virginia Tech Invitational... helped the team to a 3rd place finish at the Clemson Invitational as a member of the winning 4x400 relay team... finished 2nd in the 60m dash with a time of 7.06, 3rd in the long jump with a leap of 6.85 meters, 2nd in the high jump with a jump of 1.94m, ran the 60m hurdles in 8.01, pole vaulted 4.55 meters, and then ran the 1000m in 2:44.62 to win the heptathlon at the JRF Multi-Event Challenge... finished 19th in the 400m with a time of 48.34 and was a member of the 3rd place distance medley relay team at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational... finished 2nd and set a PR in the 55m hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
Outdoor: 2007: Did not compete.
2006: Ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that qualified for the NCAA Championships... helped shatter the team's own school record in the 4x400 at the NCAA East Regionals (3:05.48) that it had set earlier in the season... earned a second place finish in the event behind South Carolina at the regional championships, qualifying them for the NCAA Championships... member of the ACC Champion 4x400-meter relay team (3:08.36)... finished with All-ACC honors in the decathlon, coming in third with 7,066 points in the event at the ACC Championships.
Indoor: 2006: An ACC champion as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team (3:10.99)... finished fourth in the heptathlon with 5,138 points at the ACC Championships.
