Track: Indoor: 2007: Ran a time of 1.59.86 in the 800m and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished with a time of 3.18.16 at the Virginia Tech Invitational. Won the 500m event at the On Track Open at Liberty University in a time of 1:05.78.
2006: Competed in the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run at the ACC Championships.
Outdoor: 2007: Member of the 5th place 4x400 team at the Wake Forest Open... placed 7th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.56 and was a member of the 3rd place 4x400m relay team at the ACC Outdoor Championships... placed 37th in the 400m hurdles at the Penn Relays with a time of 55:47... broke his own school record in the 400m hurdles in the Georgia Tech Invitational.... member of the 3rd place 4x400m at the NCAA East Regional Championships... named to the 2007 All-ACC Academic Men's Track and Field team.
